What is the baseline?

The baseline is the distance between the left and right cameras.  For the S7 and SLB this is 7cm, and for the S21B it is 21cm.  Wider baselines improve accuracy at longer ranges, but also increases the minimum distance that the camera can measure. When objects are less than the minimum distance away from the camera it will not be able to resolve depth data for the object.
